Each product listing should identify whether the product is new, used, remanufactured, rebuilt, or another stated condition. Customers should review the condition and included components before ordering. DualDrive Motors does not represent a used product as new.

Submitting an order or inquiry does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. DualDrive Motors may verify product availability, fitment, shipping information, pricing, and order details before fulfillment.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product or checkout page and may change before an order is confirmed. The applicable order price is the price confirmed for the transaction, subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other clearly disclosed terms.

5. Availability

Inventory can change without notice. If a listed product becomes unavailable before an order is confirmed, DualDrive Motors may contact the customer regarding available alternatives or cancellation and refund options applicable to the transaction.

6. Warranty

DualDrive Motors provides a 5-year engine warranty where applicable to the purchased engine, subject to the specific written warranty terms for the order. Warranty coverage may require proper installation, appropriate fluids and maintenance, and compliance with applicable operating requirements.

Warranty coverage does not automatically include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, overheating caused by external factors, unauthorized modifications, racing or abuse, or other exclusions stated in the applicable warranty terms. Customers should review the written warranty supplied with the order.

7. Returns

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days from delivery, subject to the applicable return policy and product-specific conditions. Customers should review the return requirements before shipping a product back. Certain installed, modified, damaged, or otherwise non-returnable products may be excluded where permitted by applicable law.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, destinations, and charges are determined according to the order and shipping address. Free freight shipping is available on orders over $2,500 where the applicable order qualifies under DualDrive Motors’ freight terms. Individual freight, accessorial, residential, international, or special-delivery requirements should be confirmed before fulfillment.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers should inspect shipments promptly and report visible shipping damage or shortages as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and using an authorized payment method. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a product or transaction is limited to the amount permitted under the applicable order and law.
